Dr. Panza's Bio
Who is Dr. Ernie Panza
Once voted "Most likely to go to jail," by his high-school class, Ernie Panza who wears red high top Reebok shores and Levi's with no tie when he speaks, has overcome illiteracy, dyslexia and low self-esteem to become a highly successful chiropractor, author, motivational speaker, father and husband. Now retired after 28 years of practice, he travels the world spreading his message of love, inspiration and the power of positive attitude. He has written and published 8 books with another due out soon.

Ernie's life was, full of strife growing up as a child in the 50's At that time, there was little understanding of the learning disorder that made it impossible for him to read or write. Labeled "stupid, dumb and lazy," by teachers and peers, Ernie adopted a cool attitude to protect himself. He frequently got into trouble and graduated high school in the lower 20% of his class. With no direction, he enlisted in the US Army. That was the start of a new life, because he met Dr Sid Isdale of Kileen, TX a chiropractor. He introduced Ernie to kindness, positive attitude and the world of natural healing through chiropractic. Because Ernie had suffered with migraine headaches and a learning disability most of his life, he became a patient of Dr. Isdales. His life changed since his headaches disappeared and his reading and writing improved dramatically.

During this time, Ernie met his future wife, Mary, who believed in him and helped him until her death from cancer in 1992. Ernie enrolled in Chiropractic College and was president of his chiropractic college class, set a record for the most patients seen in an internship and earned high grades. For the next 28 years, Ernie had a successful chiropractic practice and raised 5 wonderful children, 3 of whom are also chiropractors. The others are involved in similar professions and he has 11 grandchildren.

Today Ernie follows the sun and gives seminars and workshops, which assists individuals, businesses, corporations and organizations. He also speaks to schools, colleges, churches, civic clubs and non-profit organizations. Dr. Panza extends special program offers to schools, churches, civic clubs and other non-profit organizations.

In an article written by Mr. David Young and published in a Pittsburgh magazine, Mr.Young had this to say about Dr. Panza. " It is ironic that the dyslexic young man who couldn't read in high school has written and published 8 books on personal growth and self-development. And he plans to publish many more in the future. Not bad for a kid from Pittsburgh whose classmates were convinced they would see his picture on a post office wall, not on covers of books."
